Paul Thompson
Co-Founder
Paul has spent decades helping businesses find the right people and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates across Surrey and the South East. With a practical, straightforward approach to recruitment, he believes the best results come from understanding people properly – not simply matching CVs to job descriptions. Paul works closely with businesses across a wide range of sectors, combining experience, honesty and responsiveness to deliver recruitment solutions that genuinely work.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys playing golf, spending time with his wife and two children, and making the most of family life.
Laura Dale
Co-Founder
Laura has extensive experience supporting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, creating lasting matches that benefit businesses and individuals alike. Known for her approachable and organised style, she takes pride in delivering a personal service and building trusted relationships with clients across a wide range of industries. Laura is passionate about maintaining the friendly, professional approach that has been at the heart of Copperfield Recruitment since 1987.
Outside of recruitment, Laura enjoys boot camp fitness training, travelling, family life, and spending time with her husband and two children.
