Part Time Temporary Accounts Administrator - £14 - £15 per hour based in Bisley, Surrey
Temp initially for at least 6 months with a view to extension and possibly permanent
Hours: 3 days per week, 9:00 to 15:00 (flexible)

Support accurate invoice processing, reconciliations, and record-keeping in our finance system.
Key duties
- Process and validate supplier invoices
- Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents
- Check rates, dates, quantities, and additional charges
- Raise and post credit notes where needed
- Reconcile supplier statements with Accounts Payable
- Maintain clear financial records and provide simple exception updates
You’ll need
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence checking invoices and performing basic reconciliations
- Clear communication with suppliers and internal teams
- Experience in accounts payable is desirable
- Comfortable using accounting software – training provided
