Temporary Personal Assistant (Senior Leadership Team)
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Office based Chertsey Our Client is seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and diary management support to senior leaders on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, meetings and correspondence.
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, reports and meeting materials.
- Arrange meetings, events and travel logistics.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Skills & Experience
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Professional, trustworthy and detail-oriented.
