HR Coordinator- £23-28,000

Responsibilities:
- Process new starter & leavers
- Manage Right to Work processes
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting to key personnel
- Manage Pay Increases – Annual & Adhoc on various systems
- Assist and Manage recruitment process for operational and HQ roles
- Ensure all employees files contain necessary information for audit purposes
- Make sure that contract templates are maintained and updated in line with any amendments
Knowledge/Skills
- HR Experience – some experience is acceptable as full training will be given.
- An individual who has the ability to multi-task, but maintain accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office packages, ie; Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Personable with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and must be numerate
