Retail Customer Service/Administrator

Our client is looking for a motivated, hardworking and proactive person to join their team wtihin high end retail.

This role would involve dealing with both clients and courier companies, coordinating deliveries, providing support to the sales consultants, and keeping the retail spaces clean, smart and presentable. There will be some lifting and moving of goods around the retail space. This position is equally divided between working with the computer at a desk, and physically re-merchandising the displays and picking online orders.

The job would require basic Microsoft Office skills and ideally competence with offline and online stock management systems. The successful candidate should be confident and well spoken and happy to deal with customers both face to face and over the telephone. Retail experience required.
