Recruitment/Sales Support Administrator
In this role you will be responsible for relieving the consultants of admin tasks and will focus on maximising sales potential within the team. You will be required to manage and coordinate administration within the contract team. The position holder is a key link between the departments.
Main Duties:
- Relieve the consultants of admin tasks
- Maximise sales potential within the team.
- Interact on the phone with candidates and clients, for example checking in and dealing with enquiries.
- Communicating with candidates site details / on-boarding of candidates / timesheet process / Following internal processes
- Advertising roles / writing job spec
