Administration Assistant - 6 Month Contract

Account Management Administrator - 19,000

----6 MONTH CONTRACT TO START JANUARY 2020----

Performance Related Bonus - Up to 2.5% of basic salary
Hours 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid break per day
Holiday 25 days per annum (with loyalty increments up to 30 days per annum)

Main Purpose of Role:

- To ensure the administration tasks of account management function is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Ensuring all activities are undertaken in accordance with work instructions and quality procedures.

Accountabilities

- Prepare and send packs to the relevant client prior to delivery.
- To assist the Account Manager (AM) / AE in monitoring and managing Client administration.
- As per an AM request to assist in the preparation of contract review presentation documentation.To produce client related reports as directed by the AM/AE.
- To manage client reporting administration.
- To process daily invoicing efficiently & accurately ensuring information is correct & profit margins maintained.
- To undertake tasks and administration relating to the taxing of vehicles and logging and filing of fleet V5 documents.
- To ensure all extensions or terminations of daily bookings are processed as above.
