Parts Coordinator - £Excellent salary, benefits and working environment

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Car Parts Co-ordinator to join a well established company where long term career progression exists.

Duties/attributes: 

- Providing spare parts costings to customers.
- Arranging parts packaging & labelling in readiness for despatch and in accordance with contracted requirements.  
- Establishing expert knowledge and data with respect to legacy build to print parts.
- Addressing parts data deficiencies for future utilisation.   
- Providing an excellent service to internal customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
- Monitoring stock and providing recommendations for the range and scale of spares holding of fast-moving items.
- Can demonstrate a detailed understanding of the component parts of a vehicle.
- Is able to build and maintain strong relationships with both staff and internal customers in addition to an enthusiasm to contribute to all areas of the company when required.
- Has the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
- Handles telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
- Helps customers identify their spare parts requirement.
