Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Executive £25-35,000

---STRONG ADMIN SKILLS, GOOD WITH SYSTEMS AND COMFORTABLE ON THE PHONES---

- We are now looking for a proactive, energetic Internal Sales Representative / Sales Support Executive to join and support our sales team. Whilst this is not a new business Sales role, you will speak to potential and existing clients, so it`s essential that you`re comfortable making and receiving telephone calls, you`ve got incredible attention to detail and a highly professional approach.
- This role will suit you if you`ve got at least one to two years of experience in a similar role, supporting Sales. You`ll love working at a fast pace and you`ll also want to progress your Sales career. We will offer you a nurturing, collaborative environment, filled with training and progression prospects! Our offices are based in Chertsey, which means that you avoid the commuter rush and expense!

 About the Role

- Work closely with our Account Management Team and support their activity in generating pipeline and closing business.
- Take responsibility for contract management, managing sales data into the CRM system, preparing quotations and building proposals.
- Deal with incoming client phone calls, both existing and new. You`ll book qualified appointments for our Sales Executives and address queries and problems on a regular basis.
- Communicate our services to prospective clients and expected to be proactive in the follow up of opportunities to close deals.

 About You

- As well as the experience listed above, you should be structured, well-organised and have a good eye for detail. It is essential that you possess the qualities to earn the trust and respect of the Account Managers so they wish to engage you in all aspects of their business.
- Confidence to converse and pitch, where appropriate, over the phone. You`ll be keen to upsell and maximise our Sales opportunities where possible. You may conduct the occasional cold-call but most of your phone calls will be to warm leads or existing clients.
- An ability to understand our products quickly and articulate them to clients, in order to create the demand for our Sales execs to close deals.
- Self-motivation. You`ll display a desire to succeed, to meet your targets and help the team to meet theirs.
- An ability to converse at all levels, both internally and externally. You`ll talk to senior individuals within large corporates so you should be comfortable talking to C-Suite execs downwards!
- A high degree of flexibility, proactive attitude and you`ll be willing to help wherever needed. A can-do attitude is essential!
- Excellent skills in MS word, excel, powerpoint
- Some skills in prospecting, and utilising social media platforms such as LinkedIn to build and reach out to a network of contacts.
