Training Co-ordinator / Training Administrator - £28,000 plus excellent benefits and working environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Training Co-ordinator to join a large organisation and be the go to person for all things training related.

Duties / attributes: 

- Manage the schedules and calendar of mandatory and additional Training courses across a variety of business areas.
- Manage all requests through the LMS system for employees and communicate between employees, managers, facilitators and providers to make relevant arrangements. 
- Book suitable venues, preparing materials and hospitality, coordinating the attendee lists for training days, distributing qualifications and certificates.
- Build strong relationships with external parties as well as internal are key as part of this role, to include venues, training providers, colleges and governing bodies for qualifications  
- Excellent Administration and Organisational skills
- Proven Training coordination experience 
- Logical, structured working approach 
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment 
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload
- Team player whilst also working well independently 
- Great Communication skills 
- LMS experience
