Receptionist / Front of house - £19,000
 

- To provide and lead a welcoming, courteous and polite Front of House Service in accordance with approved client procedures.
- To act as local interface between client and onsite staff
- Able to react in an ever changing business environment.
- Liaising with key stakeholders both within the company and the client team.
- To act as a local interface between client and on site staff
- To ensure Health and Safety standards are met at all times
- Ensuring all visitors sign in and out and are issued with the correct badges and passes for the duration of their visit
- Bringing to the attention of all visitors the standard instructions regarding Fire procedures
- Maintain a log of all visitors for the benefit of security and evacuation procedures
- Responsible for answering and connecting all calls received through the switchboard
- Responsible for receipting and closing work orders plus raising any purchase orders/requisitions
- Ensure Rooms are set ups including AV equipment/spider phones/projectors etc, help support messengers if short staffed to set up rooms.
- Make sure all meeting rooms are clean and have working AV Equipment
- Able to handle and manage queries and messages from visitors, in a timely, efficient, friendly and helpful manner
- Able to provide directions and other relevant information for all visitors enquiring at reception
- Ensure that special needs visitors are dealt with appropriately
- Security vet incoming visitors to comply with security arrangements and policies
- Managing the Fire Warden and First Aid Spreadsheet for the client ensuring training is carried out on a timely manner.
- Ensure nominated officer list is updated
- Covering admin duties
- Uniform will be supplied and needs to be kept smart at all times.

Qualifications / Skills / Attributes Required

- Minimum of 1 years` experience in an Front of House role
- Experience of leading a team that delivers results
- Familiar with standard MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OutlookAble to work well as part of a highly motivated team.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
