Assistant Branch Manager
Basic salary: £28,000 – £30,000
OTE: £60,000 – £65,000 +
Our client, a successful and growing estate agency, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join their busy residential sales team.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the branch, generate new business, carry out valuations and viewings, negotiate offers, and help drive overall branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new property instructions
- Conduct valuations and property viewings
- Negotiate sales and progress transactions
- Support and motivate the sales team
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving targets
Requirements
- Previous estate agency sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence
