A leading, well-established Surrey estate agency is looking for a motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join its busy Walton-on-Thames branch.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with solid sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in property, with structured training, support, and genuine progression.
The Opportunity You will be responsible for:
- Generating and qualifying buyer enquiries
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and supporting sales progression
- Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Working to targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven office
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience in any sector
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Target-driven, confident and self-motivated
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, proactive and commercially aware
